The TH VTC price is calculated from the distance and the estimated duration of the trip. It also includes any tolls and night or weekend supplements where applicable, and varies with the vehicle chosen (saloon or van).
Fixed price: what does it mean?
The price shown when you book is the price you pay. No extra can be added for traffic, jams or the actual journey time. That's the big advantage of a VTC over a metered taxi.
